17 Jan 2012 - Third Monthly Competition - The club held its third monthly competition of the season on 17 January 2012. This was a 'Creative' competition with entries in two categories - Prints and Digital Images. Visit our galleries to view the placed and highly commended images of the Creative competition.
Weymouth Camera Club is a small, friendly group of enthusiastic local photographers who meet to share our photographs, improve our photographs and, above all, enjoy our photography!
It doesn't matter what sort of camera you have or what your level of experience is - we try to offer something for everyone and we welcome new members. Current members range from beginners to those who have gained awards from the Royal Photographic Society, and the more experienced members are always happy to pass on their skills and advice to newcomers.
We meet weekly from October to May in the Centenary Club, Weymouth and these winter meetings include visiting speakers, get-togethers with other clubs, competitions and members' evenings. In the summer months we have a programme of outdoor activities.
